陈赛艳(高级实验师)

一、个人简介

陈赛艳,女,硕士、高级实验师、主要研究方向为纳米结构中的电子输运特性。2010年获湘潭大学硕士学位,主持广西自然科学基金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目多项,近来以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文多篇。

1)广西自然科学基金项目,2021JJB110053,磁调制半导体纳米结构中电子隧穿时间与自旋注入理论研究(20222025),主持;

2)国家自然科学基金委员会,地区科学基金项目, 62164005,层状半导体微结构中电子束古斯-汉兴位移与自旋注入研究(2022-2025),参与;

3)国家自然科学基金委员会,地区科学基金项目, 11864009,半导体磁量子微结构中传输时间与电子自旋极化研究(2019-2022),参与。
